Balcony was great. We sat available each morning and night and watched the boats go by. Location is right beside some excellent neighborhood dining establishments and across from the marina in which you usually takes a snorkeling working day journey. lower than 10 minutes on the beach. we'd really recommend renting this device. rate for every night
